Yes! You’ll always have access to the latest version of moneyappi at no extra cost.
Once the contract has been signed, the success team will give you a call within a few hours to collect the contact details of the users you wish to add to the portal (there is no limit to amount of users you can add).
From this point, it should take a maximum of two working days to set up and all users will be sent a confirmation email.
You can then log in straight away.
The confirmation email will also contain an authorisation code that you can roll out to your employees, so they can download moneyappi themselves and sign up.
The process of signing up to completion takes a maximum of 48 hours.
From set-up, we aim to complete the introduction and training within 72 hours.
This isn’t a necessity, but we want to get to know you and your organisation, so you can get the best possible start with moneyappi.
Once you’ve subscribed, our sales team will create a handover to our success team who will reach out to you and guide you through the set-up process.
This ensures that you have all the tools you need to get your staff feeling moneyappi.
