This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our financial wellness software as a service (SaaS), including our HR portal and mobile application (collectively, the “Services”). 1. Information We Collect
1.1 Personal Information When you register to use the moneyappi mobile app, we may collect the following personal information from you:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Access code provided by your employer
- Profile information you voluntarily provide
1.2 Company Information HR admins may access anonymous company information through the HR portal, which includes secure and aggregated data related to employee financial wellness. This data is anonymized and does not identify individual employees.
1.3 Financial Data With your consent, we may connect to your bank accounts through our third-party service provider, BUD.

This allows us to collect higher-level financial information, including but not limited to:
